We want to be available to help in whatever way is best for your family. We can send a toy, pay a bill, send gift cards or a check. Whatever we can do to help during this difficult time.
Ways we help others
Any child admitted to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, with a pediatric cancer diagnosis, will receive a $25.00 gift card, for the hospital gift shop. Though a small gesture, our hope is to help a family get something they may need or a gift for their child.
We’ve also bought and donated toys for 9B playroom We also added movies, video games, and various toys to the 9th floor clinic playroom and the teen lounge was given a massage chair.
Meal vouchers are purchased and available to families on a weekly or as needed basis, especially for families that cannot leave the room.
Every few months we provide $50 gift cards for local stores that the social workers give directly to the families in need on 9B. 9B Staff members are also appreciated with occasional gift cards to the hospital’s Starbucks!

Remembrance
We can help keep memories alive with a custom Memory Doodle, designed by Lindsey Clark, or a handmade RememBear from the child’s clothes, designed by Deanna Thomas.
